Job Description
- Assist in developing, updating and improving departmental documents such as work regulations, procedures and management rules;
- Assist to prepare annual budget for department;
- Handle daily administrative tasks, date collection, integration and analysis of the office projects;
- Assist in organizing University’s events;
- Follow up on all procurement related tasks including quotations, purchasing, bidding projects, preparing and reviewing draft contracts, etc;
- Follow up and arrange for new applications, surrenders and renewals of dormitory rental contracts;
- Managing outsourced services including preparing service requirements, monitoring outsourced service levels and reporting on daily operations;
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in procurement, preferably in higher education, government and corporate management sector;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, proficient in written Chinese and English;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office;
- Strong organization, written communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
- Independent, self-initiative, and detail-minded;
- Able to work under pressure and high standard of professionalism.
