To foster a relaxed environment for staff members to connect with each other and increase the enjoyment of life, CityU Macau has been organizing series of “Leisure Workshops”. The recent “Watercolor Food Painting Workshop” has been held successfully on April 12 (Friday) in a lively atmosphere.

Guided by an instructor during the Workshop, colleagues learned about the tools and basic painting techniques of watercolor art, and captured the flavors of their chosen food with their paintbrushes. Through delicate drawing, colleagues brought delicious food to life on paper, leaving a lasting gourmet feast. Participants expressed that they were very happy to be able to get together with colleagues who shared a passion of art, and to communicate while painting. The Workshop was a lot of fun.

Staff members have been our precious resources. City University of Macau has always been embracing a people-oriented principle, placing significant emphasis to the work-life balance of everyone, and paying attention to the physical and mental development of all staff members. Human Resources Office will continue to coordinate the Leisure Workshop Series as part of our staff caring initiatives, creating a platform for staff members to interact and enjoy leisure moments outside of work hours.
