The Human Resources Office organized two Staff Medical Plan Briefing Sessions to enhance our staff members’ understanding of the medical insurance plan. Approximately 30 staff members attended the sessions.

Representatives from Luen Fung Hang Insurance Company Limited were invited to conduct the briefing on-site. The content covered various aspects such as coverage details, claims procedures and other important information, ensuring that our staff members are well-informed about the medical insurance scheme. The session fostered an active atmosphere as staff members raised questions enthusiastically, which were answered in detail by the Luen Fung Hang representatives.

The briefing session was informative and practical, changing “post-consultation” to “pre-claim instruction”, giving everyone a deep understanding of the health insurance welfare policy, and fully reflecting the University’s commitment to caring for and supporting our staff members.
