CityU Celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with Staff Members

For Mid-Autumn Festival, the University has set up a Mid-Autumn Festival gift box stall at the Administration Building to distribute mooncake gift boxes and festive lanterns to our staff members, hoping to share the festive happiness with them and their families with this festive gift.

To continue taking up social responsibility, supporting minority and local SMEs, CityU has joined the Charity Mooncake Sales of Fuhong Society of Macau again this year, purchasing the Mooncake Gift Box designed, produced and packed by Fuhong students. The mooncake box is packaged in an eco-friendly and reusable lunch bag, of which the whole production process, from designing, drawing to packing, was done by Fuhong students. The University wants to share the love and happiness by giving out such meaningful gift box to our staff members, while showing care and support to the minority group in the local community with participation of this Mid-Autumn Charity Event.

Due to the epidemic, it was unable to set up an interactive game session for our staff members this year, but we had arranged a little surprise for them. A blessing note has been placed inside the mooncake box randomly and colleagues who found the note would receive an additional gift. Many staff members expressed that they the gift very much and thanked the University for organizing this festive event despite the epidemic.

City University of Macau has always been adhering to the “people-oriented” spirit, paying attention to the physical and mental development of all staff members. The University will continue to organize various activities in the future for a friendly and pleasant working atmosphere for CityUers.
