Job Description

• Support the daily admissions and administrative operations of the Admissions Office, assist in the formulation and implementation of admissions plans and policies, and monitor the progress of admissions workflows across different regions;
• Design and produce promotional materials for admissions (e.g., admission brochures, posters, visual elements for websites) to enhance the University’s image and attract prospective students;
• Assist in planning and optimizing admission strategies, collaborating closely with relevant departments to ensure alignment with overall admission goals;
• Responsible for regular data collection on educational policy changes and admissions market trends to analyze admissions dynamics and source market information, consolidation and analysis to support admissions reporting and decision-making;
• Assist in reviewing applicant documents and managing admission systems, websites, and social media;
• Assist in organizing various admission-related events such as information session; and participate in activity planning and preparation work;
• Maintain close contact and cooperation with internal and external departments/ institutions.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field required; Master’s degree or above is preferred;
• At least one year of relevant work experience; Experience in admissions, brand promotion or higher education is advantageous. More experienced candidate will be considered for a higher position;
• Demonstrate proficiency in design software and copywriting, with the ability to independently create promotional materials;
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English; proficiency in Chinese and English writing is essential;
• Diligent, efficient, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, and team spirit; able to work under pressure;
• Willingness to duty travel and work off-site as required;
• Passion for the education industry is preferred;
