Job Description
- Provide strategic human resources advice to departments and supervisors; participate in departmental development planning and policy formulation;
- Conduct regular labour market research in the higher education sector, analyze salary trends, talent mobility, and policy developments, and propose forward-looking strategic recommendations;
- Oversee employee relations management, including staff communication, conflict mediation, and fostering overall employee relations and organizational climate within the University;
- Coordinate internal data analysis and report writing; develop action plans and improvement measures for HR-related issues;
- Assist in handling major or sensitive personnel cases, providing professional assessment and communication support;
- Assist in planning and preparing collaborative activities between the department and external organizations;
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Master’s degree or higher; preference for candidates with degrees in Statistics, Education Management, or Law-related fields;
- 7 years or more of relevant work experience, including at least three years in the education sector;
- Possess strong data consolidation, report writing, and analytical abilities;
- Experience in handling complaints, disciplinary matters, and labor disputes preferred;
- Familiar with the higher education and regional cooperation policy frameworks of Macau and Mainland China;
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent written proficiency in both languages; knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Mature, organized, able to work independently and maintain professional judgment under pressure.
