Senior Clerk(Procurement) – General Affairs Office

Job Description

  • Handle data collection, analysis and statistics for office projects;
  • Assist in organizing University events;
  • Follow up on all procurement related tasks including quotations, purchasing, bidding projects, preparing and reviewing draft contracts, etc;
  • Managing outsourced services including monitoring outsourcing service levels and reporting on daily operations;
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, master’s degree preferred;
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in procurement, experience in higher education, government, and corporate management preferred;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, proficient in Chinese and English writing;
  • Organizational and managerial skills, adept at written communication, problem-solving, and good communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently, be responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, handle pressure well, and maintain a high standard of professionalism;
