Job Description
- Responsible for payroll processing, professional tax matters, and coordination of M3/M4 tax documentation;
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain records of overtime, attendance, and leave;
- Assist for recruitment selection process;
- Handling staff onboarding, renewal, and departure;
- Handle work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations;
- Handle employee benefits and insurance-related tasks;
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external organizations on HR-related matters;
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the HR Office;
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above, Human Resource Management or related field is preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience, experience in the education industry is preferred;
- Familiar with Labour Relations Law and relevant tax regulations in Macau and Mainland China;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, proficient in written Chinese and English;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Mature, well-organized and able to work independently;
