Senior Clerk/Supervisor(C&B/Recruitment) – Human Resources Office

Job Description

  • Responsible for payroll processing, professional tax matters, and coordination of M3/M4 tax documentation;
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain records of overtime, attendance, and leave;
  • Assist for recruitment selection process;
  • Handling staff onboarding, renewal, and departure;
  • Handle work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations;
  • Handle employee benefits and insurance-related tasks;
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external organizations on HR-related matters;
  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the HR Office;
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above, Human Resource Management or related field is preferred;
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience, experience in the education industry is preferred;
  • Familiar with Labour Relations Law and relevant tax regulations in Macau and Mainland China;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, proficient in written Chinese and English;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Mature, well-organized and able to work independently;
