Senior Clerk/Supervisor (Training) – Human Resources Office

Job Description

  • Assist in staff training and HR-related events;
  • Support staff culture and well-being initiatives, such as Employee Assistance Program, Staff Caring activities, etc.;
  • Handle internal HR communications and announcements, including newsletters and important notices;
  • Support HR compliance work and assist in preparing statistics and reports;
  • Support the work of quality assurance for HR and other units;
  • Provide support to HR transformation and optimization as assigned;
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above, Human Resource Management or related field is preferred;
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience, experience in the education industry is preferred;
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations of Macau Employment and Higher Education;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, proficient in written Chinese and English;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Mature, well-organized and able to work independently;
