Job Description
- Assist in staff training and HR-related events;
- Support staff culture and well-being initiatives, such as Employee Assistance Program, Staff Caring activities, etc.;
- Handle internal HR communications and announcements, including newsletters and important notices;
- Support HR compliance work and assist in preparing statistics and reports;
- Support the work of quality assurance for HR and other units;
- Provide support to HR transformation and optimization as assigned;
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above, Human Resource Management or related field is preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience, experience in the education industry is preferred;
- Knowledge of laws and regulations of Macau Employment and Higher Education;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, proficient in written Chinese and English;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Mature, well-organized and able to work independently;
