Senior Clerk / Supervisor (Promotion) – Rector’s Office

Job Description

  • Assist in developing promotional plans for events or projects, utilizing social media and internal/external channels to enhance visibility and participation.
  • Execute promotional initiatives, assist in preparing submission materials, and coordinate internal data integration.
  • Create promotional content and produce multimedia materials (e.g., short videos, graphics, presentations).
  • Liaise and communicate with internal university departments and external partners.
  • Oversee the application and management of the university’s visual identity system to ensure consistency and accuracy across all promotional materials.
  • Manage the archiving, updating, and version control of governance documents related to the Rector’s Office, ensuring compliance with current policies and regulations.
  • Monitor the implementation of important university policies and documents across departments, regularly preparing execution reports and improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in drafting university-level regulations, management procedures, and guidelines, conducting legality and feasibility assessments.
  • Track post-implementation progress of policies to ensure departmental understanding and compliance.
  • Support the Rector’s Office and other departments as needed to improve overall team efficiency.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Administration, Data Analysis, Legal or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience; preferably in promotional planning or management.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and multimedia production.
  • Solid document and information management skills, with familiarity in word processing and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently, meticulous, responsible, and resilient under pressure.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English; proficiency in Chinese and English writing;
