To ensure our staff members have a better understanding of the medical insurance plan, the Human Resources Office at City University of Macau recently organized a briefing session on the staff medical insurance plan. Approximately 60 staff members participated in this informative event.
Representatives from the insurance company were invited to conduct the briefing on-site, covering various aspects such as coverage details, claims procedures, and other important information. This enabled eligible staff members to gain a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of the medical insurance coverage. During the briefing session, staff members actively asked questions about their personal medical insurance concerns. The professionals from the insurance company responded patiently, creating a lively atmosphere that reflected everyone’s attention to and emphasis on their own rights. In addition to explaining the medical insurance plan, HRO also introduced related topics such as life insurance plan and pension fund scheme, with the aim of further protecting the interests of staff members and their families.
The content of the briefing session was informative and practical, not only transforming “post-consultation” into “pre-claim instruction”, but also giving everyone a deep understanding about the comprehensive insurance benefits policies provided by the university for staff members, fully reflecting the university’s commitment to the well-being and support of our staff members.
