Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the Career and Internship Service Center.
- Develop and implement career services programs and initiatives to support student career development.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and regional employers to create internship and job opportunities for students.
- Provide one-on-one career counseling and coaching to students.
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and networking events.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate career services into the academic experience.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of career services programs.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s degree is preferred;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR manager in Macau and the Greater Bay Area;
- Strong understanding of the job market and employment trends in Macau and the Greater Bay Area;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with excellent Chinese and English writing skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships;
- Experience in career counseling or a related field is a plus.
